We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. General Conditions
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
All content on www.shop.lindefaas.com and www.lindefaas.com belongs to Linde Faas, and is protected by copyright, marketing and trademark laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission from Linde Faas.
When the Customer has placed an order on the website or webshop, a purchase agreement has been entered between the Customer and Linde Faas. Linde Faas recommends the Customer to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with our customer service.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website, but we have no obligation to update any information on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. .
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
The seller is not liable for indirect losses as a result of deficiencies etc. The loss is caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of the seller.
3. Prices and payment
Prices on the website are stated in euro. If applicable under Norwegian law 25% VAT is included in the price. VAT is not included in countries outside of Norway.
In the shopping cart you can see the total cost including product(s), shipping fees and method of payment, but excluding custom fees and taxes applicable in your country when buying from Linde Faas. Linde Faas does not have responsibility for any added fees or taxes. The Customer is responsible for any customs duties being paid to the customs or equivalent authority in the country to which the product(s) are delivered. Before placing an order, check what costs apply for your country.
The shipping fees are as follows:
- the Netherlands: 4,29 euro
- Europe: 10 euro
- Outside Europe: 15 euro
All payments are encrypted and processed according to the highest security standard.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our products.
4. Shipping and delivery
The Customer’s order will normally be processed and send within three (3) to seven (7) days, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the order confirmation or on the product page.
Depending on which country the package should be send to, the time perioded for delivery can vary. Linde Faas reserves the right to possibly adjust the delivery time, which in that case will then be communicated to the Costumer via email.
If the order is delayed more than 30 days, the Customer has the right to cancel their order.
It is important that the Customer inspects the products thoroughly as soon as possible after delivery. If, upon delivery, the Customer discovers that the shipment is damaged in transport, we ask the Customer to notify the shipping company as soon as possible.
The Customer must also send en email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as the shipping company has been notified of the damage. Please attach pictures, so that Linde Faas can help the customer with the complaint as best as possible.
5. Returns, withdrawal and exchange
We have a 14 days return policy. Meaning that the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase by notifying Linde Faas accordingly within 14 days of when the Customer received the ordered product(s).
If the Customer wishes to use their right of withdrawal, the Customer is responsible for the condition of the product after the Customer has received the product and during the return shipping. The product has to be returned within 14 days from the date when Linde Faas was notified of the withdrawal.
The Customer must register the return of the product(s) via email to email@example.com. The Customer shall provide their name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order reference, invoice number and the name of the product in the email. After registration the Customer will receive an email containing instructions and address details for returning the product(s).
Make sure the products are unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. If not, a calculated fee will be taken out for restoration/repairs.
The Customer is responsible for the transport risk and shipping cost for the return. Please note that the return must be sent as a traceable shipment.
As soon as Linde Faas has received the returned product(s), and assessed whether the product(s) has been returned in it’s original condition, Linde Faas will make a refund to the customer.
Linde Faas strives to refund he amount as soon as possible, yet no later than within 14 days from the date the returned product has been received and processed. As soon as your return has been received by Linde Faas and your refund has been initiated, you will receive a confirmation of this by e-mail. Depending on payment method it might take 2-5 business days from when you received the return confirmation, before you get your refund.
6. Warranty and complaints
The right to file a complaint applies to products which are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. If the Customer wishes to assert their right to file a complaint for any product ordered, they must contact Linde Faas as soon as possible after discovering the defect, via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
7 . Disclaimer Of Warranties; Limitation Of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
8. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any (inter)national rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the case can be brought before the Consumer Council according to Norwegian law.
